BUTTER CUTTER MACHINE DEVELOPMENT 2025

더블 스윗(Double Sweet)의 의뢰로 버터 커터 장비를 제작하였습니다. 이 장비는 15×15mm 크기의 버터를 4mm부터 20mm까지 원하는 길이로 자동 절단할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 위생과 내구성을 고려해 스테인리스로 제작되었으며, 공압 메커니즘을 활용해 일정한 힘으로 안정적인 절단이 가능합니다. 내장된 자동 길이 조정 회로와 디지털 인터페이스를 통해 정확한 규격 설정이 가능하며, 센서 연동으로 절단 오차도 최소화했습니다. 이 장비는 제과·제빵 작업에서 일정한 양의 버터를 빠르고 정밀하게 제공해 작업 효율과 품질의 일관성을 높입니다.

We developed a butter cutter machine commissioned by Double Sweet. The device is designed to cut 15×15 mm blocks of butter into precise lengths ranging from 4 mm to 20 mm. Built with stainless steel for hygiene and durability, it uses a pneumatic mechanism to deliver consistent and stable cutting force. An integrated automatic length adjustment circuit allows users to set the desired length via a digital interface, while sensors help minimize cutting errors. This machine enables quick and accurate portioning of butter, improving both efficiency and consistency in baking and pastry production.
